Philippeio Hotel, Krinidhes

Last night we had a fantastic evening with some friends at the restaurant of this beautiful hotel. The chef made us a luxurious dinner using a lot of regional Greek products. All dishes were well-flavored and a little spicy. Later in the evening, the owner joined us, and we had a meaningful conversation about life. The combination of exquisite food and a fantastic view over the mountains and the Krinides valley made it a truly nice experience!

The hotel has a beautiful craftsman-style design, with rooms that are incredibly comfortable. My room featured a spacious layout with an attractive decor, and the south-facing balcony provided an amazing view of the valley. Everything was spotless, and I truly appreciated the effort put into the thoughtful design of the accommodations.

Breakfast was a good experience with homemade jams and local dishes like Loukoumades (Greek doughnuts). I loved the local feta cheese and the variety available. It wasn't just a meal; it was an enjoyable part of my morning routine during my stay, adding a delicious local flavor to the overall experience.

The location and view of the hotel are absolutely amazing, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed sipping local wine while watching the clouds drift across the valley from my balcony. This is not just a hotel; it's a retreat where one can unwind and escape from the everyday hustle.
